Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Fit Guarantee

Finding the perfect fit should be stress-free. Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee ensures that your first exchange is 100% free for U.S. orders. You have 30 days from your order dispatch date to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed (trying them on is perfectly fine) and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.

How to Start Your Return

To begin the process, please contact us directly at plieshapewearemana@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the following steps:

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Labels: You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Prepare: Pack your unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached in their original packaging.
  4. Ship: Securely attach the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive an email once your return has been processed for a refund or store credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to online availability. If your desired item is out of stock during processing, you will receive store credit instead. Store credit is based on the actual amount paid at the time of purchase and is valid for 3 years.

Please note that the value of an exchange is based on current online prices. We are unable to honor discounts from previous sales or expired promotions on new exchange items.

Sale Items & Free Gifts

  • Sale Periods: Items purchased during a sale are eligible only for store credit or product exchange (no cash refunds).
  • Free Gifts: We do not offer exchanges for free gifts. If a return for a refund causes your order total to fall below the minimum gift threshold, the free gift must be returned in its original condition. Otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from your final refund.
