Order Dispatch & Processing
We process and dispatch orders on the same or next business day. Please note that during new releases or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Pre-orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. To receive available items sooner, please place them in a separate transaction.

All orders ship directly from our California warehouse for fast and reliable delivery.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- West Coast: 1–2 business days.
- Mountain States: 2–3 business days.
- Midwest: 3–4 business days.
- East Coast & Southeast: 4–5 business days.

Delays & Accuracy
Pliē is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control or for packages once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout; we cannot update addresses once the order is placed.
If a delivery is rejected or returned due to customer error, a redelivery fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.
